Ecotitanium: New Generation Roofs Cleaning the Air
Ecotitanium roofs are covered with titanium technology that converts harmful air pollutants emitted by burning fossil fuels into calcium nitrate, a useful fertilizer. 1.) After vertical laths are made on the roof, horizontal lathing should be done, starting from the eaves with 34 cm (± 0.5cm tolerance) intervals before the tiles are laid, with the first lath being 5cm x5cm and the others 3cmx5cm.
2.) The tiles should start from the bottom of the eaves and be fixed with screws in the order shown below.
3.) Megaron tiles are not staggered. As stated below, each tile is interlocked and assembled.
4.) Since cut tile dust may cause dirt on the roof, it may require cleaning after application, it is recommended not to do tile cutting on the roof. The cut areas should be painted with touch-up paint.
5.) The use of a ventilation tile per 10 m2 in the roof slab is required for ventilation under the roof.
6.) Mortar should not be used in the installation of ridge mounting mortar and cut tiles. Dry ridge system should be used in ridge assembly.
